Murli Agro to expand paper project, credit sanctioned for expansion plan

Murli Agro Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Considered and sanctioned the Paper Expansion Project by the Board.

2. Sanctioned the plan of the Company for Credit facility for the paper expansion project.
