Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd updates on arbitration

The Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide its order dated December 9, 2025 has set aside the Arbitral Award dated June 5,2023 passed in favor of Company in the matter of Arbitration between M/s Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) ("the Claimant") and M/s Thermax Limited ("Respondent") regarding recovery of damages, losses, etc. for breakdown of two Gas Turbo Generator (GTGs).

Shares of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 115235 in over 1305 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.00 and intraday low of 132.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15667952.00.
