ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd files RHP for IPO

Today, at 12:16 a.m., ICICI Bank Limited have been informed by ICICI AMC that it has filed the Red Herring Prospectus ("RHP") dated December 5, 2025 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana for the initial public offering of up to 48,972,994 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each by way of Offer for Sale by Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited ("Offer"). The Offer includes a reservation of up to 2,448,649 equity shares of ICICI AMC for subscription by Eligible ICICI Bank Shareholders (as defined in the RHP) as on the date of the filing of the RHP with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.

The Offer will be open for subscription to public on Friday, December 12, 2025 and shall close on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The anchor investor bid / offer period will be open for subscription on Thursday, December 11, 2025.

Shares of ICICI Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1392.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1386.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 219006 in over 7116 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1395.05 and intraday low of 1379.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 304314889.00.
