Graphite India Board to consider stock split

Graphite India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 30, 2006, to consider and if thought fit, decide on splitting the face value of the equity shares of the Company (presently Rs 10/-).

The Company has clarified that the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider stock split will be held on October 30, 2006, instead of November 30, 2006.
