Hinduja TMT AGM approves Rs.7.50 dividend

Hinduja TMT Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2006 at the rate of Rs 7.50 per equity share.
