Colab Platforms Limited forms subsidiary Colab Semiconductor Pvt Ltd

Colab Platforms Limited had formed a wholly owned subsidiary under the name and style of "COLAB SEMICONDUCTOR PRIVATE LIMITED" having Corporate Identification Number "U46521MH2025PTC461597".

The wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) is incorporated in the state of Maharashtra vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 29th November 2025 issued by Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The proposed WOS will play a pivotal role in driving the holding company's business expansion. The object clause provides a board framework for the WOS to Wholesale trading of electronic valves and tubes, semiconductor devices, microchips, integrated circuits and printed circuits.
