Sharika Enterprises bags 132kV underground Cable Project from UPPTCL

Sharika Enterprises Limited (SEL) has added another important project to its portfolio with Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (UPPTCL) awarding the company a turnkey contract for a 132kV underground cable system on the D/C Sonik-Sarain Katiyan/Murtazanagar stretch in Uttar Pradesh.

The project involves a significant stretch of more than 10.0 Kms of underground high-voltage transmission cable work. The scope includes comprehensive activities ranging from engineering and design to the supply, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage XLPE cable systems. It also encompasses the associated civil and structural works that typically support the execution of underground transmission links.

For Sharika, this assignment further strengthens its steady expansion in the underground high-voltage segment, an area the company has been consistently developing and enhancing over the past few years through technical expertise, execution excellence, and advanced project capabilities.
