Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd inks non-binding MoU with Moving Images Studios Pvt Ltd

Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited ("the Company") has, on November 27, 2025, executed a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with Moving Images Studios Private Limited ("MISPL").

The purpose of the MoU is to explore potential strategic collaboration between the Company and MISPL in the areas of content creation, production support, digital media projects, OTT content development and other mutually aligned media initiatives.

This MoU is exploratory and non-binding in nature and does not create any financial commitment, obligation or enforceable rights for either party. Any definitive arrangement, if agreed, will be subject to necessary approvals and separate disclosure as required under applicable laws.

Shares of Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 0.69 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 0.69. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43911 in over 105 trades.
