Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd to close spinning unit

The Board of Directors of Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held on 25.11.2025 has considered and decided to close down spinning unit i.e. Arham Spinning Mills, located at Village Udaipur / Khijuriwas, Bhiwadi, District Alwar (Rajasthan) due to non-viability of operations of the said unit which is approx. thirty years old. The useful machineries of this unit to be relocated - within company's existing facilities and the obsolete machineries will be disposed of.
