Globalbees Brands Pvt Ltd acquires further stake in DF Pharmacy Ltd

Globalbees Brands Private Limited ("Globalbees"), a material subsidiary of Brainbees Solutions Limited, has today acquired further stake in DF Pharmacy Limited, step down subsidiary of the company.

DF Pharmacy Limited, incorporated in India, on January 22, 2008, is engaged in the business of dealing in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products under various brand names, including but not limited to 'Kozicare', 'Glutalight', 'Cleno', and 'Healthvit'.

Globalbees acquired 20% additional shareholding from other existing shareholders of DF Pharmacy Limited for INR 21.56 Crores. Pursuant to the said acquisition, the shareholding of Globalbees has been increased from 60% to 80% in DF Pharmacy Limited.

Shares of Brainbees Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 316.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 321.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37741 in over 1416 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 320.80 and intraday low of 314.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11963950.00.
