RMC Switchgears Ltd receives LOI worth Rs. 27.77 crores

RMC Switchgears Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) amounting to ₹27,77,69,586.82 /- (Rupees Twenty Seven Crores Seventy Seven Lakhs Sixty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Six and Paisa Eighty Two only) from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited for executing the works relating to Construction of 132 kV GSS, KAPARDA SEZ (Distt. Jodhpur) along with associated line (LILO of 132 kV S/C Bilara- Jhalamand Line to GSS, KAPARDA SEZ) and construction of 132 kV S/C Bhawad-Kirmarsariya Line along with 01 No. of 132 kV bay at each, Bhawad and Kirmarsariya GSS including supply of all equipments/materials (Except Power Transformer), erection (including Civil works), Testing and Commissioning against BN-9015002503 (on Supply-ETC basis).

The receipt of this LOI further strengthens the Company's order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company's revenue and growth prospects.

Shares of RMC Switchgears Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 556.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 544.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 91875 in over 474 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 565.00 and intraday low of 522.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50218931.00.
