Adani Saur Urja KA Ltd receives LOA from APDCL for procurement of 500 MW Energy Storage Capacity

Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited, a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company, has received a Letter of Award ("LOA") from Assam Power Distribution Company Limited ("APDCL") for procurement of 500 MW energy storage capacity from Pumped Hydro Storage plant.

The capacity is secured through the competitive bidding conducted by APDCL.

The Annual Fixed Cost (tariff) payable under the LOA is Rs. 1,02,92,887 per MW per Annum for the entire period of 40 years from COD.

LOA was received by the Company at 4.30 PM on November 13, 2025.

Shares of Adani Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1076.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1071.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 327415 in over 8613 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1088.00 and intraday low of 1063.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 353275701.00.
