Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited wins order from Toyota Tsusho India for transfer case business

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited has received order confirmation for its transfer case business from M/s Toyota Tsusho India Pvt Ltd. Toyota Tsusho India is a member of the Toyota Tsusho Group. This order is centered on the supply of a transfer case design tailored for a commercial pick-up truck product for India and international markets.

The multi-year contract is valued at approximately Rs. 62 crores of lifecycle revenue. This order is to be executed over a period of 6 years commencing from H1FY28 after product validation and approval.

Commenting on this achievement Mr. JitendraDivgi, Managing Director, Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited said, "We are honoured to receive this business nomination for our core transfer case. This opportunity came up with its own technical challenges including integration of Divgi TTS's state-of-theart synchronizer technology; compatibility with In-Vehicle Networking (IVN), superior Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) standards of Japanese OEMs; and integration with both manual and automatic transmissions.

Shares of Divgi Torqtransfer Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 639.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 605.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1000 in over 166 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 645.85 and intraday low of 612.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 634523.00.
