Mach Conferences and Events Ltd reports Strong Performance in H1 FY2025-26 Despite Market Disruptions

Mach Conferences and Events Limited (BSE: MCEL), one of India's leading MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) companies, announced its financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025.
The Company reported a standalone revenue from operations of ₹9,481.44 lakh, with a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹1,010.17 lakh and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹773.55 lakh for H1 FY2025-26. The performance is noteworthy considering that the impact of the India-Pakistan conflict, which persisted for nearly two months, brought all travel activities to a standstill.
Despite these challenges, Mach Conferences and Events Limited delivered resilient results, achieving a PAT margin of 8.16%, representing an improvement of approximately 14% over 7.15% recorded in H1 FY2024-25. This reflects the Company's strong fundamentals, operational discipline, and efficient cost management.
Commenting on the results, Mr. Amit Bhatia, Chairman & Managing Director, Mach Conferences and Events Limited, said: "Our performance in the first half of FY2025-26 reaffirms the strength of our business and the agility of our team in navigating challenging circumstances. Despite the external headwinds, we sustained healthy margins and continued to execute high-value projects across domestic and international markets."
