Balaji Amines Board recommends 1:1 Bonus Issue

Balaji Amines Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2006, inter alia, has recommended issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1, subject to approval of members.
