Dr Lal PathLabs Limited declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 7

The board of directors of Dr Lal PathLabs Limited has approved the declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend of INR 7/- per equity share (@ 70% on a face value of INR 10/- each) for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend shall be November 7, 2025.

The 2nd Interim Dividend will be dispatched/ credited within 30 days of its declaration.
