Aban Offshore allots Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares

Aban Offshore Ltd has announced that Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares have been allotted on August 04, 2008.

Bank of India was allotted 2,00,00,000 shares with a Nominal Value Per Share of Rs 10/- worth Rs 20,00,00,000/-

Further the Company has noted that, the said Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares carries 9.25% p.a Dividend and are redeemable at the end of fifth year with a Call option at the end of third year from the date of allotment.
