Highway Infrastructure Ltd receives LOA from NHAI

Highway Infrastructure Limited has received the Letter of Award the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for operation of Eight-lane Access Controlled Expressway between Laban Village (Bundi District) and Gopalpura Village (Kota District), Rajasthan, covering Km 337.171 to Km 417.810 under packages 12 to 14 of the Delhi-Vadodara Expressway (DVE), the Company has entered into a Contract Agreement on October 17, 2025, for the operation of the said toll plaza.

The Company is scheduled to take over the said toll plaza on October 18, 2025.

The size of the order is Rs. 25,26,30,000/- (Rupees TwentyFive Crores Twenty-Six Lakhs Thirty Thousand only)

Shares of Highway Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 77.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 79.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32940 in over 509 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.19 and intraday low of 75.53. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2569300.00.
