Fire at Aartech Solonics Limited's manufacturing unit

A fire incident occurred at one of our manufacturing units situated at 35-A/36, Sector-B, Industrial Area, Mandideep District, Raisen - 462046, Madhya Pradesh, India ("Mandideep factory") on Thursday, 16th October, 2025, reported around 8:30 P.M.

The fire resulted in damage to inventories, plant and machineries, building, furniture etc., thereby temporary disrupting the operations of the Mandideep factory.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. The fire was controlled within approximately four hours through the continuous efforts of the fire-fighting team and employees of the company. Importantly, there were no casualties or injuries to any human life during the said incident.

Further, we would like to clarify that the company has adequate insurance coverage in place and has already intimated the insurance company about the incident. The Company is coordinating with the insurer to ascertain the extent of loss and damage caused. The insurance survey is expected to be conducted in due course.

The Company is taking all necessary and adequate steps to restore normal operations at the plant at the earliest.
