The Board of Directors ("Board") of 360 ONE WAM LIMITED ("Company") at its meeting held today has, approved the second interim dividend for FY 2025-26 of Rs. 6/- (Rupees six only) per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each and has fixed the record date as Monday, October 27, 2025, for this purpose. The said interim dividend will be paid / dispatched on or before Saturday, November 15, 2025, subject to applicable taxes.
