LTIMindtree Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 22

The Board of Directors of LTIMindtree Ltd have declared an interim dividend of INR 22 per equity share of Re. 1 each.

The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration to those shareholders whose name will appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners provided by the Depositories as on Friday, October 24, 2025, being the 'Record Date' fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5620.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5612.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14521 in over 2805 trades.
