TIPS Music Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of TIPS Music Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, October 15, 2025, has declared the second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-2026 of Rs. 4/- per equity share (i.e. 400%) on the fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- per share.

The board also fixed Tuesday, October 21, 2025, as the Record Date towards payment of second Interim Dividend. The said Interim Dividend will be paid on or before November 12, 2025.

Shares of TIPS Music Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 528.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 541.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20846 in over 1566 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 545.15 and intraday low of 526.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11091012.00.
