Tech Mahindra Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 15

The board of directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd has declared Interim dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity shares of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 300% of the face value for the financial year 2025-26.

The board has fixed Tuesday, 21st October, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the members entitled to receive the Interim dividend.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid through permitted modes, on or before Wednesday, 12th November, 2025, to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in list of beneficial owners as at the end of business hours of 21st October, 2025.

Shares of Tech Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1468.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1450.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88864 in over 12775 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1479.40 and intraday low of 1451.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 130491363.00.
