Thyrocare Technologies Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of directors of Thyrocare Technologies Limited has approved the declaration of an interim dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity share (i.e., 70% of the face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Friday, October 24, 2025, is fixed as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive the interim dividend. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the Board Meeting.
