Uniparts India Limited declares special interim dividend of Rs. 22.50

The Board of Directors of Uniparts India Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 13th October, 2025, has declared a Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 22.50/- (225%) per equity share having face value of Rs.10/- each and fixed Thursday, 23rd October 2025, as the Record Date for determining the shareholders who will be entitled to the said interim dividend.

The Special Interim Divided shall be paid to the eligible Shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Uniparts India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 477.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 475.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14364 in over 1046 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 480.55 and intraday low of 464.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6769683.00.
