Duncan Engineering Limited has entered into Joint Venture Agreement with Jubail Pearl Company Ltd (JPC), based in Saudi Arabia, to establish manufacturing facilities for Company's product line, focusing on supply to Oil & Gas and other projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The execution of Joint Venture Agreement is completed at 1:00 p.m. (IST) 10th day of October 2025.
