Elecon Engineering Company Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY2026

The Board of Directors of Elecon Engineering Company Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 10th October, 2025, has approved the declaration of an Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 of Re. 0.50/- (i.e. 50%) per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each.

The record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend shall be Thursday, 16th October, 2025.

The interim dividend will be paid/dispatched to all the shareholders of the Company on or after Monday, 3rd November, 2025.
