Nila Infrastructures Ltd receives LoI for order from AMC

Nila Infrastructures Limited has on 07-10-2025; received Letter of Intent from AMC for Slum Rehabititation Work of "Kajimiya ni Chati" at Ahmedabad.

The work is received, under ordinary course of business of the Company as a regutar business activity in normaI course.

The LOA is for slum rehabititation project of total development value of INR 105.02 Crore (One Hundred Five Crore and Two lac Only).

Shares of Nila Infrastructures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10.97 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.07. The total number of shares traded during the day was 343628 in over 1034 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.19 and intraday low of 10.21. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3742313.00.
