AGI Infra Ltd announces group housing residential project 'Prestige by AGI' in Jalandhar

AGI Infra Ltd has announced that a Group Housing Residential Project in the name of "Prestige by AGI" situated at Village Pholriwal, Jalandhar, Punjab has been launched on Sunday, October 05, 2025.

The Project is registered with Real Estate Regulatory Authority; Punjab vide registration No. PBRERA-JAL33-PR1225 dated 11.07.2025 The Project will consist of six residential towers consisting of 713 number of units with all modern amenities. Booking for the project has commenced from October 06, 2025. The residential towers will comprise 701, 3 BHK flats and 12, 2 BHK flats and will have 29 floors in each tower.
