Phoenix Mills to consider allotment of shares on Aug 04, 2008

Phoenix Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of 91,66,665 equity shares of face value Rs 2/- to the shareholders of Ruia Real Estate Development Company Pvt. Ltd. (RREDCPL) pursuant to the Court Order passed on July 04, 2008 sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between RREDCPL and the Company.
