Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd executes assignment deed for leasehold land to UltraTech Cement

ADITYA BIRLA REAL ESTATE LIMITED (formerly Century Textiles and Industries Limited) has executed a Deed of Assignment with respect to its leasehold rights in the leasehold land admeasuring area of 4,22, 778.84 sq. mt. (about 104.47 acres) situated at plot no. 826, Jhagadia Industrial Area/Estate of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Jhagadia, Bharuch, Gujarat, a part of Birla Century division of the Company to UltraTech Cement Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 93.01 crores.

Shares of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1646.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1687.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5090 in over 861 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1692.85 and intraday low of 1638.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8448016.00.
