Banaras Beads Ltd purchases property for expansion

Banaras Beads Ltd has executed purchase deed of property / Land having area 1670 Sq. Mtr. at Village Karnadandi, Varanasi on 29.09.2025 with Varanasi Development Authority (VDA). The said purchase deed received from Registrar office on 01.10.2025. In this regard Company has taken loan from HDFC Bank, Varanasi amounting Rs.7,56,00,000 (for land Rs.5,28,90,000 and Rs.2,27,10,000 construction) for five years @7.75 interest per year. The said / property is nearby Company's other property and shall be used for the future expansion plan of the Company.

Shares of Banaras Beads Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 137.49 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 134.47. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10827 in over 418 trades.
