Newgen Software Technologies (UK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Newgen Software Technologies Limited ("the Company") incorporated in the UK, has executed an Agreement with a customer for software license, implementation and maintenance services. The aggregate value of the aforesaid agreement is £ 2,985,484 (UK Pounds Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Four).
