Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd launches two new projects

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited, a developer of luxury and ultra luxury residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, with a focus in redevelopment & joint development projects announced the successful launch of two new projects The Arcadian (Juhu) & Amalfi (Versova)

KEY UPDATE ON LAUNCH

- The Arcadian (Juhu): Launched in September 2025 and construction is progressing in full swing. The project has achieved bookings worth ₹92 crore within the first week of launch. The project has an estimated GDV of ₹ 700 crore.

- Amalfi (Versova): Launched in September 2025 and construction is progressing in full swing. The project has achieved bookings worth ₹38 crore, within the first week of launch. The project has an estimated GDV of ₹300 crore.

- Both projects continue to witness strong enquiries, with demand driven by their prime locations, the distinct B&G architectural theme, world-class amenities, and Lotus' proven record of quality construction and timely delivery.

- Project Varun (Bandra): Construction is progressing in full swing at Project Varun in Bandra, and the company expects to launch the project in Q3FY26. Positioned in one of Mumbai's most sought-after addresses, this ultra-luxury development will further strengthen Lotus Developers' presence in the premium segment.

Shares of Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 189.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 191.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 142918 in over 1310 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 194.95 and intraday low of 187.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27215496.00.
