ITCONS E-Solutions Limited receives new contract

ITCONS E-Solutions Limited has been awarded a new contract by the UP Power Transmission Corporation Ltd, UP State Load Dispatch Centre Lucknow to provide 133 resources for a period of one (1) year.

The total contract value is INR 4,15,00,716.03 (Indian Rupees Four Crore Fifteen Lakh Seven Hundred Sixteen and Three Paisa only) inclusive of all taxes and duties.

The contract is scheduled to commence on October 01, 2025, and shall remain in force until September 30, 2026 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties.

This contract marks a significant milestone for our Company and reflects the continued trust placed in us by Government agencies.

Shares of ITCONS E-Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 565.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 548.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15200 in over 49 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 567.95 and intraday low of 540.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8526140.00.
