Karur Vysya Bank opens new branch in Pallikaranai, Chennai

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has expanded its reach by opening a new branch in Pallikaranai, Chennai. The branch was inaugurated by Thiru. P. Ponniah, IAS, Commissioner of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj along with Smt. C. Jamuna Sakthivel M.Sc, M.Ed, Principal, Velammal Bodhi Campus, Pallikaranai. With this expansion, Karur Vysya Bank now has a total of 895 branches across the country.

The new branch will offer a comprehensive range of banking services like accounts, deposits and loans, including savings and current accounts and it will cater to all basic banking transactions and specific needs of customers, offering an entire spectrum of banking products and financial services covering retail, institutional and consumer lending.

KVB offers internet banking and mobile banking facilities. KVB DLite, the Mobile Banking app of the bank, offers convenience of financial and non-financial services through 150+ features. The app has been recently upgraded with several customer friendly features.

Shares of Karur Vysya Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 210.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 214.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 58445 in over 1292 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 213.00 and intraday low of 208.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12252409.00.
