Syschem India Ltd announces expansion, to set up new production unit

The Board of Directors of Syschem India Ltd at its meeting held on Monday that is 29th September, 2025 has, considered and approved the setting up of new Production Unit. The Board considered and approved the proposal for setting up an additional production unit at the Company's existing plant located at Village Bargodam, Tehsil Kalka, District Panchkula, and Haryana. The proposed unit will be established to provide facilities for manufacturing the products like "Cloxacillin Sodium, Dicloxacillin Sodium and Flucloxacillin Sodium".

The board also aprpoved expansion of existing Unit. The Board considered and approved the proposal for expansion of the same unit set up earlier for further enhancing the production capacity, the Plant situated at Village Bargodam, Tehsil Kalka, District Panchkula, and Haryana. The expansion will result in an increase in the production capacity of "Amoxicillin".

The establishment of the above mentioned units will help the Company in improving overall operational efficiency; strengthening product portfolio; meeting customer demand.

The rationale is to introduce manufacturing facilities Cloxacillin Sodium, Dicloxacillin Sodium and Flucloxacillin Sodium, and to enhance the production Capacity of Amoxicillin. This will help Increase the overall plant capacity, strengthen the product portfolio, And meet growing market demand.

Shares of SYSCHEM (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 55.27 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30067 in over 150 trades.
