ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd receives new contract from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd

ITCONS E-Solutions Limited has been awarded a new contract by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, for providing manpower services for a period of two (2) years.

The total contract value is INR 3,85,25,972.49/- (Indian Rupees Three Crore EightyFive Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Two and Forty-Nine Paisa only) inclusive of all taxes and duties.

The contract is scheduled to commence on October 06, 2025, and shall remain in force until October 05, 2027, unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties.

This contract marks a significant milestone for our Company and reflects the continued trust placed in us by Government agencies.

Shares of ITCONS E-Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 548.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 528.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31600 in over 121 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 554.65 and intraday low of 522.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17253690.00.
