Lloyds Engineering Works Limited (hereinafter referred as the "Company") has entered into Agreement with CEMI Process Optimization Brazil and CEMI Process Optimization LLC such that the Company shall represent CEMI in the Indian Market promoting and selling CEMI's all products and services, including software solutions and specialized equipments for process of optimization.
