JTL Industries appoints Mr. Naveen Kumar Laroiya as Chief Financial Officer

JTL Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Naveen Kumar Laroiya as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with effect from close of business hours on September 11, 2025.

Mr. Laroiya is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, taxation, corporate governance, and strategic planning. Over the course of his career, he has worked across a wide spectrum of industries, including heavy engineering, food processing, textiles, garments, fibre and PET.

He has held leadership roles in India as well as overseas in Nepal and Egypt. He has been associated with reputed business groups such as Aditya Birla, Paul Merchants and Dhunseri Petrochem. His diverse expertise and proven leadership makes him well-positioned to contribute significantly to JTL Industries' growth journey and strengthen its financial stewardship.
