Indus Aluminium Recyclers Ltd group company's SME IPO approved

Indus Aluminium Recyclers Ltd (formerly CONTAINERWAY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED) has announced that the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for the proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of one our group Company "Sampat Aluminium Limited" under the SME segment has been duly approved.

The group company is now progressing towards the next phase fund raising through IPO process. The date of the IPO, along with other relevant details including issue size, price band, and listing particulars, shall be communicated in due course through appropriate disclosures.
