HUDCO signs MoU with NMRDA

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA), Maharashtra, on 8th September, 2025 at Mumbai.

The non-binding MoU has been entered to establish robust collaborative working partnership between HUDCO and NMRDA wherein HUDCO shall explore and provide funds up to Rs. 11,300 Crore over a period of five years, for land acquisition, housing, and development of Infrastructure Projects in Nagpur Metropolitan Region. Further, HUDCO will also extend Consultancy services and Capacity Building activities to meet the emerging requirements of NMRDA.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Maharashtra, Shri Eknath Shinde, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister, Maharashtra, Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO and other dignitaries.

Shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 217.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 215.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 83217 in over 1290 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 218.20 and intraday low of 214.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18051463.00.
