Brigade Enterprises Ltd signs JDA for residential development in East Bengaluru

Brigade Enterprises Limited has executed and registered a Joint Development Agreement with the land owner for a 10.75 acres of land in East Bengaluru for a residential project. This project will have a total saleable area potential of 2.5 million square feet and an estimated gross development value of around ₹2,500 crores.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 910.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 927.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 364640 in over 1814 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 931.75 and intraday low of 909.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 337935804.00.
