Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd approves increase in borrowing limit

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd, at its meeting held on 05.09.2025, has approved an increase in the borrowing limit which was earlier approved by the Board of directors in its meeting dated 23.07.2025 i.e. from Rs. 10 Crore to Rs. 20 Crore.

The said increase is within the overall limits approved by the Board of Directors, wherein powers were delegated to the Finance Committee to determine the quantum and terms of borrowings, as may be required from time to time.

Shares of Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 30.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 315 in over 14 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30.75 and intraday low of 29.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9610.00.
