Shri Bajrang Chemical Distillery LLP to expand Ethanol Plant

Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd's associate company Shri Bajrang Chemical Distillery LLP ("hereinafter referred to as "the LLP"), proposes to undertake a capital expansion of its Ethanol Plant situated at Kh. No. 1105/7 Kharora Road, Village & Tehsil -Arang, Dist. - Raipur - 493441 (C.G.).

The Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board has granted Consent to operate Multigrain Distillery (for Ethanol Production) of 1 x 160 KLPD capacity.

The consents have been issued under Section 25 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 197 4 and Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, subject to renewal/amendments, as applicable.

Validity of Consent for Multigrain Distillery (160 KLPD) - valid for one year from the date of commissioning or upto 30/l 1 /2026, whichever is earlier.

Shares of Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 200.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 194.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4171 in over 50 trades.
