DCM Shriram Consolidated Board declares 20% interim dividend

DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2006, inter alia, has declared interim dividend of 20% on equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each.
