ATV Projects India Ltd enters into MoU for development of land

ATV PROJECTS INDIA LIMITED has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) along with the Term sheet with Shri Vrinda Infracon Private Limited for development of Unutilised Land situated at ATV Nagar Mathura pursuant to the Special Resolution passed at the Anuual General Meeting held on 16th August, 2025.

Shares of ATV PROJECTS INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.28 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.12. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36767 in over 191 trades.
