Vaswani Industries Limited updates on capacity expansion

Vaswani Industries Limited has announced the update on capacity expansion and renewable energy projects.

1. Billet Capacity Expansion
a) The Company has completed the expansion of its Billet manufacturing capacity from 66,000 MT per annum to 1,50,000 MT per annum in June 2025.

b) Trial runs of the expanded capacity are currently in progress.

c) Commercial production shall commence upon receipt of the Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Pollution Control Department.

d) The Company will duly inform the Stock Exchanges upon receipt of the approval and commencement of commercial operations.

2. Solar Power Projects (Total Capacity: 66.50 MWp)

A. 16.25 MWp, Gandai (Chhattisgarh): Already operational.
B. 13.75 MWp, Mohbhatta, Dist. Bemetara (Chhattisgarh):
a) Structure work completed.
b) Module installation delayed due to heavy rainfall during July 2025, which impacted site conditions and logistics.
c) Installation is currently in progress.
d) Expected to be operational by end of November 2025.

C. 36.25 MWp, Mohbhatta, Dist. Bemetara (Chhattisgarh):
a) Land acquisition completed.
b) Structure work completed.
c) Bank finance secured from Union Bank of India.
d) Module installation commenced.
e) Expected to be operational during November-December 2025.

Shares of Vaswani Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 54.57 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 52.83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16635 in over 113 trades.
