Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd enters into loan agreement with Nerofix Pvt Ltd

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited ("the Company") has entered into a Loan Agreement with Nerofix Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for grant of loan to Rs. 45 Crores by the Company to the wholly owned subsidiary.

Shares of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 234.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 234.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 67612 in over 1461 trades.
