GMR Infrastructure Adjourns Board Meeting

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was held on October 25, 2006, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2006 has been adjourned to October 26, 2006, without approving the unaudited financial results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2006.

The unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2006 will now be considered and take on record by the Board on October 26, 2006 at the adjourned meeting.
